What I am all about...

I am a software engineer by profession and have worked in various capacities - architect, technical lead, individual contributor as well as performing the role of an Engineering Manager.

I always keep a work - life balance for me and my team. I am very process oriented as it breeds consitency and that leads to productivity. Recapitulating what transpired during the day so as to evaluate and bring forward better solutions is very critical in any realm - professional or personal.
